ABOUT ASPALL

In 1728, The Chevallier family began brewing cyder in Aspall Hall in Suffolk. After eight generations, they still proudly brew Aspall Cyder from their very own orchards. Their cyder is uniquely fermented in a fashion similar to champagne and for 300 years, the Chevallier family has used nothing but the best apples to achieve their unique and sophisticated cyder.

THE BRIEF

Create an ad campaign for Aspall that appeals to a younger audience that has a refined taste and a love for cyder. This campaign must contain a print ad and one "special" element.

MY SOLUTION

THE CONCEPT

Our campaign invites any historic/cultural apple-obsessed individuals as members of the Aspall family (conceptual partner: AJ Qaabar).

THE PRINT AD

This poster features custom hand-lettering and illustrations overlaying a famous painting of the apple-affiliated characters, Adam and Eve, in which Eve is reaching for a bottle of Aspall, suggesting that anyone with an appreciation for apples will love Aspall Cyder.

THE EVENT

For the “special element,” Aspall will be hosting a contest featuring Special Edition Premier Cru bottles, some of which contain a unique code on the inside of the bottle cap that can be entered online for a chance to be invited to the first ever “Aspall Family Reunion.” This event celebrates the Premier Cru Cyder, the Chevallier family, and all honorary members of the apple-loving “Aspall Family.”
